A bit of back story, as many of the characters recount what they remember of the night when the spell went awry and Drusilla took control. I hope this helps people who haven't read "Lily" understand this series a bit better.

The day after the night of the crescent moon Buffy awakens chained to a bed. This fic depicts rape. It's not terribly graphic, and, yes, Buffy does come to care for her rapist. All will be explained.

Set right after Cameos: Loss, Buffy's having a hard time dealing with the rape, Spike goes looking for his lover's body, and comes to the decision that will change Buffy's life forever. Now Buffy has to learn to cope with being a non-demonic, ensouled vampire with a grieving sire. There is graphic sex in this story which starts out unwilling, but quickly changes as Buffy's new nature takes over. All wrapped up now as Buffy and Spike continue to muddle through their new life together.
